    Item not received (1 out of 4). After communicating with the vendor and reviewing other buyers' feedback, it appears they often send fewer items, especially with promotions like 'buy one get one free.' The excuse given was that the item was broken, but they could have replaced it or sent the item I paid for. When I requested a replacement, the seller refunded the money and attempted to close the case without sending one. This behavior seems dishonest.
