EBay refunded the funds. not sure Karma Cafe is aware of a possible glitch. it has been arduous trying to communicate with them. please share my concern. my purchase history shows many orders received from the same company in the past with no problems. I may be requesting another refund as my product did not show up on the due date

This seller did not answer my emails as to why I didn't receive the product, and I had to have it resolved by eBay. eBay did resolve it with a refund. I would have enjoyed the product rather than having to wait for the issue to be resolved. Bottom line: Don't buy from this seller.
