Inner bag was opened, when item was purchased the description specified this would not be the case - seller was unwilling to issue partial refund due to 'market price increase' (but the item is clearly not selling for more on many other platforms) and they increased the price on their listing. I requested value compensation, they refused. I am grateful as the item arrived quickly, but it was not as described in the listing I purchased.
