Product arrived in its original packaging which was damaged and taped together. Actual item undamaged but not repackaged properly in its original packaging. Kawasaki parts express was very particular and strict about shipping & sales policy. When questioned about the validity of the product they got very upset an became rude an said “I don’t really care I will just cancel your order!” Not the kinda customer service I’m used to. They have good prices just don’t question them on it.

slop169Was wondering if there was a problem with my transaction with you all you haven’t provided any tracking information or shipping info it’s been a while since I paid in full do I need to contact eBay and file a fraudulent transaction claim I don’t like people that steal or impersonate companies that are legit I don’t think Kawasaki would like that your using there likeness to rip people off! Please provide tracking by the end of the day other wise I am gone contact eBay and file against
