Product was new in the box and arrived with all the necessary parts to help it function properly. They absolutely do test the products because this shows some signs of testing but I spoke with the seller about it and there are no concerns. Great value for the product.     Shipping box was damaged in shipment. Both filters were split on their longest side matching the damaged packaging but with some "Midwestern engineering" and some packing tape, the filters are usable. Not requesting any refunds or compensation but you will want to "double pack" the filters to protect them as any exterior box damage will be translated into the filters themselves. I've ordered from FiltersFast and Atomic Filters in the past and experienced the same issue. Pictures available.
