I'm so happy I found this PC at a great price. The seller was great and communicated with me re: when to expect the PC based on the shipping method I selected. Product as described, arrived as the seller messaged, but my order process was unusual which made it take longer overall. Bought my product through another store on 3/25, seller said they would like me to purchase though this store instead and refunded the amount, so re-purchased through here. Seller marked as shipped on 4/2 but messaged on 4/18 that it actually got shipped, taking 2 weeks to arrive. The process was unusual but it arrived as indicated with tracking, so still positive.
