  The item arrived broken. Not well packed. I immediately sent the seller pictures asking for a refund per eBay policy. Afterwards, the seller said she had spoken with eBay and the only way I could be refunded was to return the item, at my cost. In subsequent conversations with eBay I find that was not necessary. A return shipping label should have been provided. Seller says eBay owes a refund for the shipping. They say no. Be wary, especially regarding refunds. Call eBay first!

  It’s funny you warn people to call eBay when throughout the entire returns process I was the only one who called them.I had to block you for being abrasive,obnoxious and unkind from the beginning.I packed your item well-(as I always do)and have many positive reviews stating this fact.We’ve no control how an item arrives-no matter how well it’s packed. Had you followed your own advice and called eBay in the return process, I wouldn’t be wasting my time replying 2 your untrue,unwarranted,feedback.
