  The item wasn’t exactly the same as shown in the pictures, which to be fair the seller had mentioned in the ad. I decided that it was too different for what I wanted, so requested a return. The seller offered me a generous discount to keep it, but I turned that down and they accepted the return, then refunded the item and the return postage cost immediately. Can’t complain with their level of customer service. Thank you.
