Communication was immediate and kind. Shipping was very fast, as I was hoping to get it in time for a special occasion, I didnt ask for it to be shipped so quickly, the seller did on their own. Item finally arrived as described but very late! Seller really needs to consider shipping by UPS or FedEx other than using United States postal service which is slower than a snail I purchased my item on February 21st did not arrive until March 7th I deal with eBay all the time buying stuff and this is definitely one of the longest I had to wait for an item. Seller had good communication skills but I requested a refund twice but refund would not be provided to me

I did my job and did it well. USPS did not do such a great job. Buyer was upset and wanted a refund while there was movement on the tracking number... not practical. If there no movement on the tracking I would have issued a refund after USPS completed there missing item search. Closest ups/fed ex to me is about 80 miles away so my options are limited.
