USPS managed to "lose" the shipment en route. Package was insured by seller, so I contacted him when I read USPS message that shipment had "probably been lost." Seller looked into it and, with no further prompting, issued a complete refund - while he took responsibility for going after USPS to recover under the insurance. Unfortunate - but "s**t happens" - and when / if it does, you want a seller who takes responsibility and does not penalize the intended recipient. ACES to KFSales!!!
