  Item did not arrive, my email said item was delivered, my email shows a man holding my parcel, but it turns out it was delivered to number 6 ELLIS DRIVE NOT number 16 ELLIS DRIVE. I went to my number 6 and he said he didn't accept it and that the label had been cut along the side to only show "6 ELLIS DRIVE" he then said the driver took it back. I still would like this item please, but I am very dissappointed in the service you have provided and I feel that as a good will gesture you could send

  I received a totally different set of chairs to the ones shown. Absolutely not worth the price I paid ! When I emailed seller about returning them they tried telling me they were the same chair as I had ordered? Tried returning item numerous times and all failed. I have ended up taking the loss of my refund and giving the chairs away just to get them out of my sight! Will never use or recommend this seller to anyone.

  Quality plastic long spout watering can, brand new, decent price! Looks like picture! Delivery company lied about delivering item at 22.50 on 1st July which ACTUALLY turned up the following day mid afternoon! Ebay also noted as delivered, if this was lost I was screwed!! Courier lied basically NOT the vendor’s fault!

  Arrived quickly. The packaging was not in great condition, and they were not delivered to the correct address. The images show a rose print cast iron product, which is not what I received, but due to the weight it would be too much effort to return.
