Welcome to Kid Store and More! I'm glad you stopped by! When I started my store almost 20 years ago, I wanted to give parents a great place to find deals on baby necessities, accessories and novelties and, in doing so, contribute to the family income while still being available for my own three daughters. As my children have grown, I've realized in a fresh way that parenting is so much more than just the "stuff" needed for babies and toddlers. It goes beyond potty training and safety and touches areas like school and music lessons, and Kid Store and More has grown right along with my own girls!     Item was marked delivered but didn’t actually get to me until a week later. Seller was responsive but I felt like they were pretending to help. It wasn’t until I filed a claim with the post office that I received a call back next day and they said it wasn’t delivered on the tracking date shown but was rescanned a week later and should be in my mailbox. Leaving positive feedback as item was as described and it wasn’t really seller’s fault but personally didn’t feel like their help was adequate

    Thank you for the positive feedback. I personally called the local post office on 5/27 to deal with this issue, and post office said they would check and call back. Buyer contacted me on 5/30 to tell me she had not yet received item. I told her I had already contacted her post office and recommended she follow up with them. She later informed me that the post office said the item had been "re"delivered to her mailbox on 5/28 (the day AFTER I called them), so maybe I did help after all?
