We had a little trouble communicating in written English. I received 6 of 12 pieces. After my purchase, the seller changed the listing to only show 6 pieces.
The seller said he had shipped the remaining six, but without using tracking.
After several weeks delay, I opened a case and then in the end he just refunded the purchase price.
It was not the equitable transaction I like to have. I like to pay for what I get, and get what I pay for, but I promised positive feedback so here it is.

Items were received damaged and could not be used due to being poorly packaged by seller. Seller was contacted right away with photos & a full reimbursement was agreed upon once items were returned Seller received items back and held back $14 for shipping costs and has yet to refund full amount. Seller continues to say I have been refunded, be patient, it takes 3-5 days. It has been almost a month with no further action by seller. This is deceitful practice by seller. Terrible transaction!

This is three of three. I have no clue as to what went wrong with this transaction. All I know is that the seller said she sent this out twice. I sent her an email about the first one and told her that I could not track it. She tried to track it and could not find it So she shipped another one. There was no tracking with this one I could not track it She said she didn't send tracking. I told her that I had not received it. I had to get with eBay. She gave refund.
