I already left negative feedback for this seller, so im being kind now and just leaving neutral. Terrible seller, purchased 4 schedules, something that fits in an envelope. I waited a month, none arrived. No big deal, that happens. The seller never responds to messages and worse, i had to open 4 cases, wasting my time, when the seller could have just refunded the 4, so every couple days i open a case then the seller refunds. The 4th one only cost 58 cents, so i felt silly opening case...

The buyer had to open 4 separate INR cases, because she made four separate payments. A refund can not exeed the payment, therefor she had to make four separate INF claims for a refund for a lost package by the post office. That's EBAY's rules not mine
