  Item isn’t brand new as claimed in the listing (battery plastic tab inside device can’t be missing and battery flat as a result if item is brand new). It is what it is. Still works and price is reasonable. Item arrived snappily, too, so, seller shipped promptly, which is much appreciated. For those reasons, I’d hate to leave neutral or negative feedback for seller. It’s just dodgy for sellers to make false claims about the condition of items they’re selling to honest customers.

  Bamboo handbag is better than described because it is bigger than the description says. Seller sent me a picture with his sunglasses to see the size. I was still not convinced but decided to buy it any way, so glad I did because it is perfect! Not too big but it will fit my essentials. If there are any left and you are reading this it is about 11x9 with handles up as pictured. (Not 5x5) It was packed very well and shipped fast! Thanks for a great eBay experience!

  $150 item damaged due to poor packing and attitude. Emailed seller to pack with paper & cardboard, to NOT use bubble wrap or peanuts as it was a heavy item and can't handle the weight. He replied that he would "take extra care in packing". He did the opposite of what I asked, used thin cardboard and bubble wrap, didn't even tape it. Arrived damaged and he didn't apologize and blamed the post office. Flippant "Just send it back". That requires me to rebox and make sure it arrives back OK. F-

  I apologized more then once and asked you to send it back but you refused and proceeded to call me names and that it wasn’t worth your time to send back. Package was secured when I shipped and was damaged by the post office. Im not sure we you acted so unprofessional being that your a seller yourself. You know stuff happens that is out of our control sometimes and I offered to make good on this.

  Didn't apologize at all, simply blamed the PO for his poor packing, pictures show that you didn't pack it very well at all, used bubble wrap, didn't tape anything, used thin cardboard, didn't use paper as I asked. And now you are buying something low priced from me to leave me a retaliatory feedback! I've reported you and your other account to eBay,
