Very efficient returns procedure. I ordered the wrong item; entirely my fault, and didn't realise this until I opened the package. I requested to return it, and was sent a pre-paid postage label which I simply attached to the parcel and sent it back via Royal Mail. The cost of the return postage was deducted from my refund, but it was a very reasonable amount, and fair. Refund received two days after I posted the item. Also, the original item arrived very well packaged. Many thanks.
