I ordered 2 Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture Spf 35. I received one Spf 35 and one Spf 15 in an Spf box. Both products had expired over a year ago. Obviously the seller, lostloviesbysandh, is not an honest person and I resent being scammed.

This listing was posted as "New (other)- see details". That indicates to the buyer that it is new condition but may have an issue. In our description we have our expiration dates. So we are not scamming you. All the info was there that you needed. If there was an issue with an item you received, it may simply have been a mix-up and you should have contacted us instead of leaving us negative feedback. We are always more than willing to fix our mistakes including offering returns or refunds!
