  Vendor is very fast to respond and easy to work with. I received the unit before it was expected, and it was packaged well/ visually in good condition. The part turned out to be slightly different than the pictured unit - the part # was 2 letters off - so I wasn't able to install it. Still, I have no reason to believe the part wasn't in good shape. Only advice I'd give is to confirm the specific unit before it was shipped. Still, I'd buy from them again if I am ever in need!

  I had them repair a module, there communication sucks, and they said it would be plug and play when I got it back, I now have to pay over $500 to have it programmed. I still don't know if the repair was fixed. When I message them it takes forever for the, to return a message if at all, and they are very vague about any information, I have asked them to call me so we can figure this out and they have new returned my message.
