  In person, this cord protector doesn’t look exactly like the listing photos but it’s a beautiful pearlescent color and I really like it! It takes time and patience to attach but looks great and will definitely extend the life of my charger cords. Received very fast shipping from China (only took about a week and a half to arrive).   Item was damaged during shipping; the kind seller immediately offered me my choice of two alternatives to remedy the situation. Awaiting a replacement and then can provide additional feedback regarding item.

  Replacement also arrived damaged. Mistakenly closed my return request to ask for full refund as was disappointed in item's quality. Because return had been closed, I was at the mercy of the seller in seeking a refund which they refused to provide. Ended up settling for a partial refund as there was no way to recoup my losses. Can not in good conscience recommend this seller as dealing with them has been an exercise in frustration and disappointment. Strongly recommend you avoid this merchant!
