    ordered june 23, rec'd July 1. Shipped VA to CA USPS Ground. Was in a penny sleeve in a top loader sealed with a small circle sticker enclosed between two index cards inside a bubble mailer. Card has an extremely small amount of edge chipping and a very minorly chafed top left corner. PSA Card grade would be 8 or 9 which is still at advertised condition.
