Item arrived amazingly fast in a mere 4 days after ordering, in good condition, inside of a large yellow envelope. The box was a bit bent, but it was still completely sealed and the cards and playmat within were pristine. I also immensely appreciate the seller honoring the transaction after I won the bid for below average selling price of this product, because I've had experiences with other sellers suddenly "misplacing" items when not happy with a sale. The actual product I received didn’t come as it is in the picture. The box had significant creases as if it was pressed down by something. I believe the packaging of item was not sufficient to protect it from being damaged during the delivery process. A very sad and disappointing outcome due to very little care and effort put in to the packaging from the seller.
