  Fantastic Seller! This was my second order with K-sendy, first pre-order and once again, everything was well packed and arrived safely along with an unexpected extra gift. ♥ My order was shipped exactly 2 weeks after the official release date and has been the fastest to arrive out of the KARMA albums I'd ordered from a couple different Korean sellers, arriving just 5 days later to me in Australia! ♥ I will definitely go with K-sendy again as they've really proven themselves to be reliable. ♥

  Good value. Seller shipped in plenty of bubble wrap and boxed. Unfortunately, the bubble wrap bag may have been a bit too tight for a set of 3, or this got mishandled by the shipping company, so the album boxes arrived in a bit of a damaged condition (a bit flattened/creased). Still, I’m happy with this seller and I would buy from again.

  This was my first time pre-ordering from this shop and everything went smoothly! Seller answered all of my questions and they shipped the albums super fastly, only a day after it's release, and it only took one week for package to get to me, highly recommend!

  I very rarely buy things from overseas due to the logistics. However, this experience was great! A tracking number was provided and I could follow it as it made its way from South Korea to the USA. The item arrived in bubble wrap and is in perfect condition. It arrived earlier in the estimated shipping window which was nice as well. I wanted to get my order in before tariffs and such may make things like this more expensive- I thought it was a great value! Would order from this seller again!
