Frames came VERY well packaged & exactly as described! Plus, they shipped so fast! Tracking was also provided. These will be replacements to an identical frame with a broken leg (out of warranty). The item arrived in sealed package as described but I was unable to activate it because the code was only valid for 15 days from date of purchase and was expired. Once installed over my old version it could not be undone and I was left having to buy an annual subscription from Quickbooks. Not sure if seller knew about this issue because I have not gotten any response. Hate to leave negative feedback but wish I had never purchased as the software from CD is available for free on the website
