Seller took almost a week to ship which was a little disappointing because in my experience when you purchase luxury items most sellers ship same or next day (given that the item you’re purchasing is so expensive), item came exactly as described & well packaged. Seller was quick & responsive to messages. I got it authenticated by legitgrails (4.9/5 stars on trustpiolet) and they helped me spot fake goods in the past so I trust them. Seller shipped via DHL, which was a very smooth process. DHL informed me if the customs fees before delivery so I was able to pay the fees online and the item was delivered to me with no delay. Seller sent wrong item and there was considerable inconvenience w DHL international shipping for delivery and return processes. Seller agreed to fair partial refund for me to keep item, and issued in a timely manner. But refund hadn't processed to my card within expected timeframe and I had to contact ebay who re-issued refund and explained the seller's account wasn't properly funded. Not leaving negative feedback bc seller tried to correct, but too many errors and inconvenience to go unnoted.
