Great experience! Kate was very friendly and helpful and arranged the guitar to be shipped fast - it arrived in 2 working days from Poland to Slovenia. Packaging was great and they even included some free gifts (t-shirt, high quality guitar strap, cookie cutters, chocolate). Guitar was setup up great. All in all, I would buy from them again, prices are very competitive.

Everything perfect. Guitar arrived quickly well packed in perfect condition. A guitar tuner and chocolate as gifts - Merry Christmas you folks of Kup Instruments - great many thanks. Price was even a few quid lower than from Thomann (was not in stock).
The guitar (L Carlton T7) is a definite recommendation. Great and versatile sounding, Super playability and it looks great. Had to smooth down one saddle of the tremolo as the high E ripped but easy to do. It's an insanely good guitar. Happy Hug.
