  I SUCCESSFULLY REPORTED THIS SELLER FOR VIOLATING EBAY POLICY - Bought a magazine from KV Gaming and kindly asked to ship it safely. This set the seller off (see photos). They were angry b/c of my location and said if the bubble mailer or PO damages the item it's on me, not them. Not true. They don't realize sellers are fully responsible for ensuring items are delivered "as described". So they canceled the order, used a fraudulent reason (see pic 4), and re-sold the item at a higher price. Awful
