    Item was sent in box that split- R.M tried to send it back to the seller- seller redirected it to me. The box had been repaired by R.M but was empty ( missing 4 van hinges). Sent seller photos of the unopened box, they asked for more photos of the box being opened - so i provided ( empty box with a plastic note from R.M about the loss) . I also recorded a video, but ebay only allows photo attachments.. Seller said they will refund if i send lost items back
