Exceptional shipping and packaging (this below 100 dollar item was packaged better and with more care than another thousand dollar, very fragile reel to reel I ordered from another seller.     The product was in pristine condition, almost like new. The battery part was a little bit confusing but overall the seller helped me as soon as I contact him and everything worked out fine. He showed me nothing but great customer service I definitely will recommend the seller for anything.
