The seller informed me that they were out of stock. So I requested a full refund of a $208 purchase. The seller offered me a $3 (three dollars) refund! I said give me a full refund, and I went back to eBay and bought a phone from another supplier. Then this seller tells me that sent the phone. So now I have two phones in the mail. I protested to the first seller. He told me to sit on my hands. I received the phone, returned it, but had to pay the $12 return postage. What a pain .

Seller requested that I remove the negative feedback, explaining that he posted the phone price in error, and that he lost money. This explanation does not match what he initially told me, implies that I am responsible for his mis-advertising, and ignores that I lost $12 for dealing with him. Avoid this seller.
