They shipped it very quickly and it was packaged very professionally. I would say the condition of the laptop is better than originally as described. One exception, the battery caused an error code and randomly would not hold the charge (seller not at fault). I let them the issue and they immediately sent me a better one. Great value - Definitely a great seller!! A+++
