  The package arrived quicker than expected and it was in the exact condition as advertised. It was definitely worth the price. This is the perfect replacement for my older keyboard as this one has the firm feel like the previous one did. It looks brand new and the buttons all feel responsive and it looks very clean. It looks just like the photos, so as long as you are sure what keyboard you need, I'd recommend buying from this seller. If needed, I will do business with this seller again.

  The old keyboard had 4 keys that quit working. This keyboard fixed the problem. It was a new direct replacement for my wife's Pavilion 15. It was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. Installation instructions can be found on YouTube. It's straight forward but work carefully. My only complaint is not with the product or the Seller. It arrived 5 days after the original expected arrival date and 2 days after the first updated arrival date. I thought the $14 price was great.
