  Avoid at all costs only interested in money,placed order said I needed it by certain date,they refunded it and told me to reorder and pay 1st class which cost me another £2.50 did it straight away,they did another refund and said its half term and won't be in office till Friday,why tell me to reorder got no cake topper for bday now,and paid £23.00 got to wait 7 days for refund to come through and one disappointed bday!could have just invoiced me for the higher postage instead of cancelling it!

  I ordered green. I got black. I message the type of lettering i wanted. I got all capital. The seller said sorry didn't read message. However all these items come with a description of " message me with colour and what you want". I did this. So i shoulsmd be automatic that seller looks at messages. So all i got was sorry didn't see message i will refund. There wad plenty of time to redo it and send another, but no offer a week before xmas and a birthday. I had to do something else. Disappointed
