I ordered two of these racks. After several messages spanning a couple weeks one arrived. It was not packaged well, just thrown in a plastic bag, and only one arrived. The other one was returned to the seller as undeliverable multiple times, I wonder if it might have something to do with the packaging. I am sure the seller will give me a refund on my missing item but there are too many sellers doing things right for me to deal with this seller again.

Bait & switch seller. Sent me numerous same emails saying he tried to ship but it was returned to them. Ebay said he never even gave to the service. The day later he raised the price n them twice. So he realized his price was to low and did not want to sell at that price. As of today, no items no refund.

These little waterers work good for mice and other small critters that like to dirty their dish and soak their bedding. A little smaller than I thought they'd be but that's my fault. These little waterers can be adapted to a larger ballast so that doesn't matter much. Product works as advertised, decent shipping time, correct number of items, good packaging, good communication, and a deal. The team appreciates it.🐁
