  seller shipped incorrect item and offered to re-ship and let me keep the incorrect item (a box of new cabinet/drawer knobs), but was unable to locate it and fully refunded instead. will probably donate the knobs to habitat for humanity :)

  Item was to ship within 3 days. That didn’t happen. Asked seller about it and was told it would go out the next day. Next day a tracking number was provided. But never showed that shipper had possession of item. Asked about it and got no response. Asked again a few days later and was told it wasn’t tracking and a refund would be sent. Refund was sent.

  Terrible transaction. Despite my sending several messages, I only heard back once with something indecipherable about a substation. I waited 3 weeks and finally the seller canceled my order. So bad.
