LD Products Inc was founded in 1999. Since that time, it has grown to become one of the largest online retailers of printer supplies in the US with its office in Long Beach, CA.

Since our inception we have made customer satisfaction our number one goal. Our courteous customer service representatives are knowledgeable about our products and are always ready to assist you. All of our products are stocked in our 110,000 SQ ft warehouse in Long Beach, CA.     I give LD Outlet 5 stars on everything, Their price is very good, packaging excellent, shipping time, and description. Even after I received the cartridges and installed one of them I was getting full black page, which seemed to be due to a defective drum, because the printer was able to recognize the new cartridge.
