    The item was as described and worked as expected. It was packed in a way that would prevent any damage. I was drawn to this seller because of the price and delivery time. Im sure it was of no fault of the seller but the package got gridlocked at the same facility for 5 days for no reason. Even with my missing a deadline for my customer I would buy from ledbacklight2022 again. Thanks for the needed parts, the TV is up and running and everybody is happy.

    Ordered and paid 9/15. seller got shipping label 9/18. i messaged seller 9/22 no strips. seller shipped 9/23 after my message. repeated messages with requests to wait because they had taken a few days off and were just getting back to work. i understand taking time off but should alert buyer of increased shipping. not even and attempt rectify with even a $1.00 discount. MY ADVICE IS USE ANOTHER SELLER THAT WILL SHIP ON TIME AND GET YOUR ITEM TO YOU. MAY COST MORE BUT SAVE CUSTOMER CONFIDENCE
