The Mathcad 8 software arrived quickly and in excellent condition (but not in "brand new" condition as originally advertised). It was also well packed. Because of the premium price that was paid for this software, I sought a partial refund for the discrepancy. but Legacy Diamonds refused insisting that I could only return the software for a full refund. After pondering this unfortunate situation, I decided to keep the software rather than return it. Buyers should be treated better than this.

Great price. Box came with incorrect sleeve. I brought this to their attention before item was shipped. Stated it comes as pictured with or without sleeve. No attempt to correct. Overall nice piece for a decent price. Wish it had the correct sleeve though. Very important in collecting.

I received the package in perfect condition. On the other hand, one of the doors was broken, probably the fault of the shipping company. It s not the seller s fault. The seller offered me compensation for the problem that occurred during transport. That s very nice. For the overall price I m satisfied with the diecast.Thank you.

I had ordered a !/6 scale plastic WW 2 motorcycle from this seller. The box arrived undamaged BUT......the motorcycle WAS damaged, both handlebars were broken, and both front "signal" lights, were broken off, and missing. I notified the seller within 15 minutes, of receiving this damaged model. He/she asked for pictures, and they were provided. The seller did NOT offer any form of re-compensation.
