We wanted to add the MIR-1V to our Soviet lens set for an upcoming project. The seller's communication was very fast and generous, even accommodating us by sending ANOTHER lens with 2-day shipping after it seemed that the first one he shipped wouldn't make it before our arriving deadline. The lens is exactly as described and looks/operates brand new. We also love the addition of the anamorphic flares and the lens hood - he really went above and beyond. Thank you again, we'll be back!

Title of the posting used the term "HELIOS-44-2 Anamorphic Arri Cinema..." Lens is not anamorphic. Furthermore, item did not match the photo of an actual anamorphic lens. Seller did include text in the description that the lens did not compress the image (which I missed) and did offer to refund the purchase. I'm not going to bother because the price was so good, but I feel the title and the picture were misleading.
