  I had an unbelievably positive experience with the seller. Shipping was very quick, item was exactly as described and securely packaged. The item has a small cosmetic defect that was mentioned in the listing description and is easily fixable by me. The seller accidentally sent me two of the item and it took me an obscenely long time to send the extra back to them. They were patient and kind to me the whole time.

  The seller did not send me the correct item. What I got was ripped on the side (See Image of keyboard posted and what I got) I contacted the seller, they offered a partial refund or return. for a $27.00 item It will cost me more to drive and drop of the item to get refund. and for "Partial refund" they offered $5.00?! Really? Well they can keep it. Because I will not buy anything for this seller again.
