  AVOID! Seller sent a shabby and scratched gift set. The ceramic house was loose in the box and the turfs were damaged. I asked for a partial refund but the seller was unapologetic and unhelpful to the point of being rude. They admitted that the rest of their stock was in the same condition but wouldn't give a partial refund. I reported this to eBay who were successful in sorting a full refund. :)

  At no point was in any way rude to you. As you were unhappy with the condition of the item I advised that you were welcome to return it (on more than one occasion). You then threatened me with negative feedback, which it seems you have done anyway. I provided a FULL refund, not a partial refund, and that was BEFORE you seemingly reported me to Ebay, even though I have not received any communication to that effect. Shame on you.
