  I ordered an item 23/03/2025 with a delivery date of 25/26. The item never arrived and I contacted the seller and was advised by the seller on 28/03/2025 they would contact the Royal Mail and update me. I heard nothing by 31/03/2025, so i requested a refund. This was the first time I had used eBay, I am not sure I would use eBay again, but will definitely not buy from this particular seller.
