Item was received on a pallet, well secured and shrink-wrapped in plastic. Condition was very good and installation into my car was straight-forward. Shipping time was reasonable but tracking was faulty. I had to contact vendor for a tracking number and that along with whether the item was actually shipped was never updated on the listing. In fact, a week after receiving the item, listing still shows that the item has not left the vendor's location. Vendor was very responsive on this point.
