    Items arrived on time, carefully packed to avoid shipping damage. They were in the condition advertised, grreat. The only problem was that one of the bowls was missing. The seller checked her stock and found she had none to send as replacements. She offered me a return opportunity; but I suggested a partial refund iinstead. She accepted that solution and promptly issued a refund. I would buy fragile items from this vendor again.

    Great deal on item, very well packaged/quickly shipped. Item accurately described but I had one question that the seller wouldn’t answer. Even though…I couldn’t pass it up and I was pleasantly surprised in the end by what I found in envelope. Thank you, but if you’d take time to answer questions (and mine was a simple one that I asked at least 5 times over 3 days) this purchase experience would have gone better.
