  Shipped pretty fast and was packaged very well. Seller was really good with communication during this transaction which I appreciated! They forgot to include power supply with the player, so they refunded me a bit so I could purchase one myself. There ended up being more issues with the player upon powering up and testing it out fully, so they issued me a full refund, which I was very grateful for. Would definitely purchase from them again due to the customer service! A+++ seller!!
