I responded that a seller of goods should know what is in their inventory and ensure to take down any postings that are out of date or no longer accurate.   Item is USED, not new and is not in original packaging as described. It came packaged reasonably well, but certainly not in "original packaging". It is in good condition, but not new condition. There is minor damage to the bottom feet and a small scratch on bottom. Seller does not accept returns. It was purchase as a gift for a collector so I need to keep looking for a new one.
