Unfortunately, I had forgotten to change my delivery address to my desired one and had to immediately ask the seller to either change the address or cancel my order for me to re-order. The seller was very responsive and confirmed my purchase was cancelled. However, when I tried to re-order the item to my preferred address, the item was out of stock. Overall, I had a good experience with this seller and would not hesitate to buy based on their customer service :)
