  The item was stated delivered and left in a secure place. Obviously this was the case. The item wasn't there when I looked for it. Contacted the seller about the issue. No Contact received. Very disappointing. Photo shows where the item was left. Not a secure place at all.

  We provided the tracking # and it shows the parcel delivered. Why negative? is it our fault that you missed the delivery? Why don't you contact the courier? What we did wrong from our side? Unbelieveable! Our bad luck to encounter someone like you
