The first set of glasses arrived broken, even though they were in 3 boxes,
1 box within a box and the final box packed with styrofoam peanuts. USPS still manage to break them. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new set that arrived unbroken. 3 star for shipping cost because of USPS disregard for the word fragile.
