  Placed order on radiator next day received a message that the radiator was Damaged and there were not sending it due to that. Immediately received a refund on my order and was able to buy elsewhere. Customer service is second to none. They were very quick and very professional.   In spite of a strong PEM packaging I noticed by unboxing that the FMIC was slightly damage. See photo AFTER I corrected the bending of the top edge . Don’t want to hassle the seller , more the lack of precaution during transport. Even more with a salty 60 usd shipping fee ! Anyway happy for the overall price paid Painting job of the FMIC could be more detailed but as said all in all OK Thanks

  Seller shipped an item, 2 days later I was notified that what they had actually sent was air fresheners instead of the radiator I ordered due to what they say was a defect found. So for multiple days I was expecting the item I ordered and while I was issued a refund it took almost a week to receive my money back and now I would have to wait even longer to reorder from another seller delaying me even further. Poor communication and quality control and from other reviews this is a common occurence
