    The product corresponds to the description. I chose to buy from this seller because he is from Europe, and I hoped that the product (which was at the same price as the one from China) would arrive faster than from China (products from China usually arrive in 11 days). I am totally disappointed, the product arrived after 18 days. I do not recommend buying from this seller if you need the product quickly.

    This is my second purchase from you.High quality genuine parts at reasonable prices.The packaging is simple but firm. Perhaps the exterior was slightly torn during shipping and a repair sticker was put on by Japan Post, but when opened, it did not reach the interior and there was no problem with the item.If I find an item I want, I would consider buying it again.

    Item is excellent quality and fixed the problems I had. New condition and packaging. Excellent value considering I had thought it was a 2nd hand part. Delivery was a bit confusing due to the dispatch being instant but the delivery taking 2 weeks to be recieved. However, delivery aside the quality, appearance and value were excellent and I would happily buy from them again.

    new condition, nicely packaged. I received a correct product. The picture shows the original BMW box, it was not in the package, I received it in a foil. I chose this product because of the original BMW packaging, which is a bit disappointing. Regardless, I received a good (new) product.
